NO
I would love to say yes, but you have ratified the Axis treaty and they are massive. You'd have to de-ratify the Axis and wait for the upcoming World War. The Emperor of Luthori has been revolted against in several nations so you have the upper hand there.
Re: Yishalem Problem Alternative.
When and why did Luthori take over Yishalem? (This was before my time and I am curious to know)

They came in the Grand Crusades and never gave it back.

See, I do not mean to put down anyone, but that is the one thing I don't like about Particracy; players abide by "history" that doesn't practically make a difference in the gameplay. I don't know, that's my opinion, but technically couldn't we refuse to acknowledge Luthori's claim over Yishalem and it wouldn't really matter because the game does not allow them to actually declare virtual "war" on us. It is not like Beiteynu can be "destroyed" in the game by Luthori.

We could deny their claim, but it would not end well. They can declare consent war and they can invade Beiteynu with parties from past invasions and get a majority and declare that "we" gave it to them and it would be hard to go back on their promises.
Re: Yishalem Problem Alternative.
I see. So there was really more to it than I was seeing; it's really not as simple as it looks.

Exactly, although if we can garner support, we could invade them. But, the Axis won't help attack the Axis after they attacked us last time we were Axis.
Re: Yishalem Problem Alternative.
I think we just repealed the Axis Treaty in the Knesset Hadash.

I have now invited you all to join the GPO, the Peace Troops treaty is not as important as the Grand Legislation which will get all Beiteynu GPO members a spot in leadership.

New turn of events, the Peace Troops has been declared defunct, you'll have to ratify the Grand Legislation to become leadership.
